What delivery costs
Delivery is priced by destination and by the weight of the parcel, so a single pouch is not charged as if it were six. One pouch ships at 365 g and every parcel adds 120 g of box and packing.

Where we ship
Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and a set of countries outside it. The full list is the country dropdown at checkout. If yours is not there, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can post to you.
Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That is charged by the destination country, not by us, and it is not included in the price you pay here.
When it goes out
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes the next working day. The transit times above start from dispatch, not from when you ordered.
Returns
Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Send them back in a condition we could sell them in and we will refund the item price once they arrive.
If you have opened a pouch and it is not for you, contact us anyway. We will refund the first pouch of your first order regardless. Fuel is personal and there is no way to know whether green apple suits you until you have chewed some at threshold.
Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or past its date, in which case it is on us and we will cover it.
If something is wrong with your order
Tell us within a reasonable time of it arriving and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to argue the point. Include your order reference, which is the PG- number on your confirmation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the right to cancel a distance-selling order within 14 days. Where anything on this page conflicts with those rights, those rights apply.
