Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email, and a contract exists from that point. If we cannot fulfil an order, because something is out of stock or the address is not one we can post to, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse an order. In practice that means suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to, not because we changed our mind.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and is shown before you pay, priced by destination and parcel weight. The price you see at the moment you order is the price you pay, even if it changes afterwards.

If a price is obviously wrong, for example a pouch listed at a fraction of its cost, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour a clear mistake.

Subscriptions

A subscription takes 15% off and renews at the interval you chose. There is no minimum term. You can skip, change the interval, or cancel at any point before the next dispatch, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.

We will tell you before each renewal. If a payment fails we will retry and let you know rather than silently cancelling.

Delivery and returns

Covered in full on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: unopened pouches back within 30 days for a refund, and your statutory right to cancel a distance sale within 14 days is unaffected.

The product

Clean Carb Gummies is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not a substitute for a varied diet, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep it out of reach of young children.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medication, speak to a doctor before using it. The fuel guidance on this site, including the fuel plan builder, is general information for healthy adults training and racing. It is not individual dietary advice and it is not a substitute for a registered dietitian.

Accuracy

We try hard to make the nutrition figures, ingredients and claims on this site accurate, and everything shown is generated from a single source so the pack, the product page and the calculator cannot disagree. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
